Applying for a property
Once you have seen a property and would like to apply, you will need to fill out an application form (click on application form above to download the pdf).
When filling out this form, you will need to make sure you sign where it asks, as we do need to check your references. You will also need to provide 100 points of identification or as close to as possible. These things are a must when filling out an application as without doing these steps, it may hinder your chances of being accepted for the property. If there is a problem in providing references/identification, you should consult the agent.
Once completed, you can email, fax or bring in the application form to the office.
