One of the most important roles we perform as property managers is providing a prompt and reliable point of contact for tenants. We believe in dealing immediately with any issues that arise, such as repairs and maintenance. We want our tenants to feel that we will look after them.

This means they stay longer, take good care of the property, and are open to regular inspections and rent increases in line with market rates – all great news for property owners.

As an investor, you want your property to be leased and generate rental income. And the best way to do this is to look after your tenants and give them round-the-clock access to professional property managers, should they need it.

While some property owners choose to manage their own properties, in practice this can be difficult and lead to unforeseen problems if, for example, they are travelling and their tenants can’t reach them in an emergency.
