Gabi Somlai has managed properties for us since 1997. I have had a lot of dealings with Gabi and Jonathan and have found them to be without a doubt the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If there is anything to do with repairs of my units they do it without question. When a tenant is leaving, they make all of the arrangements to acquire a new one. I sold my last unit this week through Jonathan and Gabi which I have owned for almost five years, of which, was fully occupied less about 5 days during change overs.

I have used this firm of Real Estate Agents for about two years, first as Managing Agents for a rental property in North Sydney, then as the Selling Agents for the same property.
Kylie Watkins was a very careful and considerate Property Manager. I had great trust in her judgement and she was always available when needed. When we decided to sell the property Kylie Watkins and Jonathan Somlai handled the sales schedule, photographing, advertising etc. After Kylie left for maternity leave, Jonathan and his father Gabi completed the sale.
The purchaser and his solicitor proved to be very difficult and the Somlai’s negotiating skills came to the fore. In fact our Solicitor said they have never before dealt with such an organised and co-operative Real Estate Agent as Jonathan who was able to find answers when no one else could to some very unrealistic demands.
The principles and Staff of Home Property Agents were wonderful people to deal with. It was great to have such a happy and conscientious office of people to help out when we needed them most.
